[cisco-voip] SIP dial rules & PLAR

I'm deploying 9971's for some traders and when I apply the SIP dial rule to
get the PLAR to work my 1 first button extension doesn't work, but the plar
works. Do I need to redo all the route patterns in the dial rule?
