[cisco-voip] using a Translation pattern to move between partitions

OK, I'm having a senior moment

How do I use a translation pattern to change to a different partition.

example

I have an extension 8888 in the phones partition

I want to create a translation from 8888 in EM partition and have it
redirect to 8888 in the phones partition.

I Can't figure out how to do that inside the Translation pattern.  I have
the 8888 in the EM partition and the CSS of a CSS that can dail 8888/phones
 But I get a can not complete the call.

What am I missing?
