We use RightFax. The Network & Telephony team used to manage it, but we handed that off to our Infrastructure Applications team. So, management is easy for us, now! :) We are using it on-prem, not cloud based. Customers seem to be happy with it, it is easy to use and just works.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Faxing Products/Solutions - What do you Use?

Hello group. Sorry if this seems somewhat OT but it seemed like a good place to ask. What product do you use for faxing? Is it server or cloud based? Are you happy with it? Is it easy or difficult to manage?

Reason I ask, our company is moving to a new HQ next year. Our team is being given a "clean slate" to implement a fax product and we want to pick the right one. Open to all feedback. Thank you for you time.

Bill
