[cisco-voip] Telecom in PMO?

Hi Lisa,

At WVU, IT Services has a PMO which provides PM services and guidance for
the other groups (Infrastructure, Development, etc). In our case Telecom is
a part of the infrastructure team, which is all a separate entity from PMO.
