[cisco-voip] jabber issues

Are the users on different nodes? If so, are the nodes on the same network?
Are the users able to see this person and send/receive IMs on a one-to-one
chat window?

I had a similar issue, which was solved by changing the cluster settings to
use Router-To-Router instead of mDNS.
