[cisco-voip] Group Chat room trailing characters

Hi I don't know if this is standard behavior and I'll log a Tac tomorrow.
However I noticed chat rooms I create via cisco jabber have a trailing
number added.

here you can see the name created with grechtesting but then it creates the
room with 81671960319603 trailing.

Third party clients do not do this
