[cisco-voip] INCOMING PSTN CALLS UNKNOWN

[Mergenthal, Chase]

How is the port configured? SIP, H323, or MGCP.
If I remember it right, MGCP FXO ports will not pass caller ID…

INCOMING CALLS APPEAR AS UNKNOWN NUMBER ON MY CISCO PHONE WHOSE CONFIGURATION IS AN FXO PORT
 AND
 ALSO CALLING OUT THROUGH E1 CARD SHOWS MY LOCAL CISCO IP PHONE EXTENSION NUMBER INSTEAD OF THE PILOT NUMBER.


PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP.
