[cisco-voip] CER 10.0.1.10000-7 SNMP issues? - Monitoring processes on server

Has anyone ran into issues with monitoring CER 10.0.1.10000-7 via SNMP
monitoring application?

It was working fine, monitoring various processes via SNMP and after
awhile just the Cisco DRF Local service reported down/NA via SNMP but
was running fine on the server.

The CiscoDRFLocal process was no longer showing up in process list via
SNMP anymore. I restarted DRF services and no change, restarted SNMP
and no change.  A reboot of the CER server corrected the issue.

Looked through CER 10.0.2 release notes and no mention of anything
resolved with SNMP or DRF matters, nothing found in bug search tool.
