I wish they would just ditch Java like everyone else.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Java and UCCX Real Time Reporting error
Rolling out a new 10.x solution..
Seems Cisco wasn't keeping up with whatever plans Java and the browsers were going to do from a security standpoint.
I either get that the applet isn't signed (Unity Connection Media Toolbar) or that it isn't trusted, or that I have to run an older verion of Java (UCCX) or that I have to run a newer version of Java to get the ability to disable the security checks.
It's like a nightmare. Is Cisco planning to start signing their code?
