[cisco-voip] UCM 10.x+ Corporate Directory changes display order

Noticed the change on upgrade from CUCM 8.5

Cisco UCM v10.0+
Corporate Directory service displays (for 78xx, 79xx etc) user entries ordered by "First name, Last name". Can not change this policy. Behavior changed from UCM v10.0+
