[cisco-voip] License Mac / Answer File Generator question

You need to select virtual machine at the top of the webpage.  After that,
the bottom button will say "Generate Answer Files and License MAC" rather
than just "Generate Answer Files".  You'll then get a pop-up window with
the license MAC.
