Use the timestamp from audit logs and review CCM SDI detailed traces. If set to detailed, there should be an entry for the DB change notification mentioning what was changed. It'll either give you a before & after PKID or a before & after numerical value depending on what was modified.

Subject: [cisco-voip] RTMT question CUCM ver 8.6.2

Afternoon all,

I am trying to find details of a specific phone that had a change made on one of its shared lines, and I am doing this via the collection of audit logs on RTMT.

I can find the event within the logs, but it doesn't give me any detail of the actual device which had the change made.

Is there any way I can find this out?

Any help appreciated.

Regards

James
