[cisco-voip] Error when trying to change CUC password

CUC version 10.5.2.2900

After you add a user and try to change their password, it takes you back to
the user search page and kicks an error 411:

This only applies to users with mailboxes... it doesn't matter if they are
imported from CUCM or created locally...

Any ideas?
