[cisco-voip] Is there something similar to the partner UC NFR kit that customers can purchase

Working for a partner I've been able to purchase the partner UC NFR 
software kit that includes all the software (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Etc..)
Is there a similar way that a customer can purchase UC NFR software for 
their own use?
I have a customer that would like to study at home to get up to speed on 
Cisco UC.
