No idea what happened but the CER 11.0 OVA is downloadable for me as of this morning. Please let me know if anything is still missing.

I would theorize, and especially in the case of an active sntc, a call to TAC would get you what you need, for the time being anyway. I haven't tested that theory mind you, but I just don't see Cisco turning off the firehose mid-stream without warning and saying, "too bad so sad".
