All,

We use Lync RCC integrated with out CUPS 8.5 server and works fine except
for some intermittent issue where the integration fails.

>From the lync above, I know i does say get lync server traces but when it
does seem like a CUP issue since it can be fix by restarting the CUP SIP
Proxy service.

I'm seeing traces of below on trace log of CUPS collected on RTMT.
11:31:02.127 |Wed Feb 04 11:31:02 2015] PID(28987) Got QBE Failure
Response: reqId=-1449213188 Line already opened by application.

Do you happen to know what this message is referring to?
