[cisco-voip] Removing licenses CUCM 8.6

Nevermind, licensinfo table doesn't have delete permission from there.
Here's the bug you're hitting-

If you have root access by spinning up a CentOS rescue disk, I can email
you the instructions for deleting it from the DB once in root.
