[cisco-voip] UCCX 10.5 and Mobile Skill Manager

I'm looking for feedback regarding use of Mobile Skill Manager that's
available in UCCX 10.5.  Based on my Google research, it seems to be hit
and miss when using on mobile devices; however, since it's essentially just
a web page, I've been testing from that standpoint and all seems to be ok.
Before showing a call center manager how to use it, I'd like to obtain
feedback on your success and any caveats you may be aware of with usage.
