[cisco-voip] CME with SIP Trunk Call Forwarding from external not working

Thanks Erick, I did a debug but I am no wiser.

The output of the debug doesn't even show the mobile/cell that the call is being forwarded to. I am thinking that I need to find someone here to look at this.
