I’ve been nagging our SE and various product managers about this for years now. Cisco *still* haven’t included the Accessory Manager API in the Jabber For Mac client so there is no way for headsets, speakerphones, etc. to directly interact with the client. I find this very frustrating as we have a lot of Mac users on campus.
