[cisco-voip] Jabber 10.6 Updates

Thanks for the info Josh.

Still has the annoying ring on computer issue while you on a call on
another phone, which I put in requests for on the collab group since
early 10.5 builds.

If you are talking on another device and your IM Status changes to "On
a Call", In a Meeting, etc  the jabber soft phone on your computer
still rings when you are on another call other devices ring while on
the phone with different ringtones, etc. I also suggested they add a
silent ringtone to Jabber also officially.  I leave my PC audio on
mute most of time because of this issue.

10.6 fixes above if you set yourself to Do Not Disturb, but was hoping
for it to not ring on computer for certain statuses (on a call, in a
meeting) automatically.  Putting my silent.wav file back under the
ringtone folder :)
