Too add-on to Kevin; if there is an annun in the MRGL, is the anunn's region related to the region of the CTI RP with the same codec bandwidth profile?

What type of ingress gateway SIP ... h.323 ... ?

What is the value for the "Send H225 User Info Message" under Service Parameters->Call Manager->Clusterwide Parameters (Device - H323)

Is there an annunciator in the CTI RP’s MRGL?

Subject: [cisco-voip] ARC Connect and Ringback

Interested to know if anyone's got any ARC products in production and has seen issue with Ringback. Currently running ARC Connect 6.1 and seeing issues where calls being passed to Phones aren't generating ringback to the external caller.
We hear an initial ring before initial answer by the CTI Route point, and will hear MoH correctly if the RP passes the call to a CTI Port and then places the call on hold. When the call is resumed and passed over to the end user phone we just hear silence.

I've lodged a TAC case to try and help me diagnose the issue but if anyone's got any suggestions on where to look for this one, I'm all ears.

Thanks

Nathan
