[cisco-voip] Win 7 64-bit not supported with CUCM 10.5

Ya it’s a common topic… “why isn’t Windows XP supported with CAD/Finesse?!”… uh because Microsoft doesn’t!  though it still works.  Upgrade your desktops!

I have to ask, what does the OS matter with a browser based application?

For what's it's worth, I'm running Win8.1 64-bit and FF 36.0.1 and Self Care Portal v10.5(2) works in my browser.
