[cisco-voip] Jabber Presence indicator on phone won't change when user changes presense

The Presense Indicator (top left) will not switch on the user's Jabber
window, nor will it change for other users looking him up in the directory.
For example he will try to switch it to 'Away' and it won't switch.

Anybody see this?
