[cisco-voip] PRI within CUBE - pitfalls?

I am migrating a customer's PRI off an old unsupported 3745 router into a
new 2951. The 2951 is in border-element mode and has to stay that way. I
assume the PRI / ISDN functionality in a CUBE router is the same as it is
in a router without CUBE running; I haven't come across anything to say
otherwise at least.

Can anyone confirm if that is accurate?
