[cisco-voip] Missing Call History

FYI… resolution was to upgrade Firmware.

Call Manager version 10.5

Any idea why call history would be missing from a few 7961 phones?  These phones were just placed about 3 weeks ago in one of our departments and they have “no records” in Missed, Placed, Received calls.  They did not delete the data.  I tested a few calls and nothing shows.
