You must apply cmterm-bfcp-e.8-6-2.cop.sgn to configure video desktop sharing on Cisco Unified Communication Manager release 8.6.2 and later. This COP file adds an option to enable BFCP on the CSF device.

If you're doing 9.x using UDS for contact resolution, you need the UDS fix COP applied.

Trying to get my head around the documentation and which COP files to install and when? I was hoping to see something like, if you have CUCM v9.1(2) install these files, but no documentation or readme lines it out like that. And to confuse things, w hen I go to the software list, it shows both COP files and APK files.

Are the COP/APK file version numbers associated with the CUCM version, or are they strictly the Jabber version?

Do I / can I just grab the latest COP file and install it? What's the APK file for?

Wish they would make it easier, at least with a README file. :(
