Set the call handler to send voice messages to a specific user with mailbox. Configure that CUC user to relay voice messages (not accept and relay) to an SMTP address in the Message Actions config page. This assumes you have an SMTP server configured in the SMTP Smart Host page. Also the user will consume an additional messaging license being that it'll have a mailbox, regardless if it's a "forward all" type of setup.

Dear Folks,

Just need to confirm if it is possible to, through Unity's System Call handlers, record a voice message from an user simulating a simple IVR and forward this audio message to an email(SMTP) destination.
