[cisco-voip] Sample file for ImpUser.exe with RightFax to import users

Any RightFax users have a sample asci text file for manually importing users in RightFax 10.x.  Customer does not want to use the Captaris Sync to import for AD/OUs.

ImpUser.exe is a command line utility that imports users into RightFax from a comma-delimited ASCII file. ImpUser.exe is located in the RightFax\AdminUtils folder on the RightFax server. See page 13 for the 22 fields used.
