[cisco-voip] 10.5 DRS Restore problem?

Adding… missing the associated .XML files for a backup will cause CUCM to fail on its cleanup of old backup files. Since it’s how CUCM determines what backup files to reference on a restore, and what backup files to delete when it reaches its retention limit, any backups without the proper XML files will be unrecognizable.

Usually means you are attempting a restore from an incomplete backup set. Is the backup set you are attempting restore with, from a successfully completed DRS backup of a like ucos version?

Also, check the file permissions on your backup set and make sure the sftp user can read them.

Anyone hit this problem with a DRS restore in CUCM 10.5? Open the file on the SFTP server we can see them present.
