[cisco-voip] LDAP error on CUC

OK, so this turned out be easier than thought... when the users were
imported via AXL from CUCM and then deleted, they were marked for garbage
collection. I need to wait 48 hours before bringing them in via AD... we
will see what happens in 2 days.
