Anyone else have trouble accessing the http://www.cisco.com/go/tools page? It seems to require "entitlement" that my account doesn't have. Wondering if it's my account or if it's broken. (I don't understand why it even requires any login in the first place, seeing as it's basically just a list of links... but Cisco's website has never been a bastion of straightforwardness.)
