[cisco-voip] Prime License Manager DNS

For some reason when PLM was setup it was not given DNS servers. If I add
DNS servers now does it require a restart. What should I expect if I do add
them?

The reason I want to add DNS is so that I can resolve cisco.com and fulfill
licenses though PLM
