[cisco-voip] File Transfer in Jabber

And it looks like screen sharing without a call only works for J4W to J4W,
not for J4M.  Does it work okay for 2 Windows Machines?

Between J4W and J4M, you need to be in a video call between the 2 clients
and the initiate the screen sharing.  That also requires BFCP to be enabled
on the SIP profile.
