[cisco-voip] C60 software - crypto or non-crypto?

Just wondering about the crypto vs non-crypto software for the C60? Is it tied to the restricted vs non-restricted version of CUCM? or is it tied to encrypted voice/video enabled on the end device? 

I'm guessing I'm ok with non-crypto, since I don't use encryption anywhere for now. 

Thoughts?
