[cisco-voip] jabber-config.xml not found on CUCM V11 Server

Hi Alessandro

I had to upload the Jabber-config.xml to the tftp server (CUCM OS Admin
Pages) and restart the tftp service (CUCM Services Pages). The file will
not be generated from the server.
