[cisco-voip] License RTMT alert issue in 10.5.2 -- CiscoSystemInOverage

Has anyone seen any issues with the license related Call Manager
alerts not being logged to the CiscoSyslog or sent as Syslog messages?
The RTMT alerts are all enabled, and I have a 10.5.2.12901-1 (SU2a)
version system with an active CiscoSystemInOverage alert in RTMT and
the license warning when you log into Call Manager.
But no where in the activelog syslog/CiscoSyslog file or on the syslog
server is a syslog message for this Overage alert.
Usually RTMT alerts are logged to the file also.
How can I get this logged in the file and sent to a syslog server or
is this a bug? I'm not finding one yet.
