[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.6 with 7911 - Transfer Button disabled

Hi folks,
I have a 7911 phone, in a CUCM 8.6 environment, and its Transfer
button is disabled.
I am trying to figure out to fix that out and any tip will be welcomed.
