[cisco-voip] what are people using for max video bit rate service parameter?

Curious to find out what others are using for the max video bit rate for intraregion calls. This would basically be for all on-premise video calls? Right now, my Default region is using 384kbps. Video quality is suffering I believe.
Test bed was a C60, E20 and Jabber(iPad).
Anything wrong with pumping it up to the max? 8128 for v9.
I want to change both the service parameter, but I'm thinking that I might have to manually change my Default to Default setting, since there's a line showing.
