[cisco-voip] SCH not working? Install a new cert in tomcat-trust

Hi list,

Smart Call Home emailed me to say that my cluster hadn't called home in
180 days. Some investigation showed a message saying to check if the CA
was installed in tomcat-trust. A bit of wireshark later, I could see it
was talking to https://tools.cisco.com and
http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/enterprise/verisign/roots/Class-3-Public-Primary-Certification-Authority.pem
was the appropriate certificate to install.
http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/enterprise/verisign/roots/VeriSign-Class%203-Public-Primary-Certification-Authority-G5.pem
may have worked too.

So if anyone else uses SCH (I still don't really know what it's good
for), you may want check if it's still working, and to install the above
cert(s) into tomcat-trust.
