Lelio,
There is a plugin required for Jabber Guest to function. It is NOT WebRTC based and therefore requires these plugins. The plugins are fast and easy and don't even require a browser restart, so they should not be overly difficult to install.
If you are looking for a plugin free client. The new Cisco Meetings Server (Acano) is WebRTC based and is something you could investigate.

I have seen on more than one occasion that Jabber guest needs you to download a client or extension or something or another.
Is this the intention? I expected that Jabber guest was to be a clientless solution so someone outside of the organization could call you quickly without dealing with that sort of stuff.
