We have 8851 phones, just upgraded to the new firmware, now we have issues. When a phone call is in the process of being transferred and a new call comes in the phone will not let you finish the transfer. How can we stop this issue? Anyone have a solution - besides rolling back the firmware? Neal Haas ?
