[cisco-voip] CCME & Handset Call forwards

Hi Brian,

Configuration of what’s visible in the running config isn’t my issue.

I’m trying to see if we can see at the phone changes made by users using the soft buttons on the phones themselves. eg: If someone picks up the phone and presses the cfwall soft button and sets a diversion at that level that doesn’t seem to appear in the running config.

Regards,
Quenten

Hi All,

Were running CME w/ 7960 handsets, Is there a way to see which phones if any have call forwards setup by the users at the phone level without visiting every handset?

Regards,
Quenten
