[cisco-voip] Jitter on Calls

I have an issue with Jitter on intermitted called where the jitter is form the ORIGINATING CALL, My Carriers says they don't see any issue on the trunks that carry my circuit.
I am looking for a Tool, "Other than RTMT"(info-sec java issues) that can give me as close to real time status on these calls.

Any suggestions???
