[cisco-voip] default IOS dialpeer (dial-peer 0)

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been discussed in the forum previously.  I heard from
a teammate this morning that the default dialpeer has been removed from IOS
on Cisco 4300 series routers.  Can anyone confirm this?  Has it been
removed as of a specific release of IOS?  I've searched online, but can't
figure out the correct google search criteria, or it's not been widely
discussed, lol.
