[cisco-voip] Jabber Push Notifications for iPhone and iPad

I doubt they'll allow admin access through it.  Probably just for internal
to external connections.  They added the CMS Web Proxy functions for WebRTC
then told everyone not to use it so who knows where they are going on
proxying inbound web.
