[cisco-voip] Updated device/licence model diagram

I mean, I haven't seen an updated version, but it's basically the same difference - 8800s replaced the 7900s and fit in the same bubble.

In general, you shold always assume that unless it's a BS box (Read: Analog and dummy phones) you should always purchase enhanced or above.
