[cisco-voip] CUCM Upgrade 10.0 to 11.5 only via PCD?

Hello all,

Looking at the upgrade docs for 11.5 @

It states that upgrades from 10.0.x to 11.5 are only supported via PCD
upgrade.

Has anyone already done this via standard OS Admin?
As I'm not migrating, I don't see any major advantages on using PCD.
