[cisco-voip] UCCX Script to get Time Zone by Area Code

My thought is isn't this already solved for you by the carrier when using toll free numbers?

I know (but I have never controlled the routing my self) the carriers can route casks based on caller location.  Think of one toll free number for Pizza Hut, that always gets you to the correct market.

What I don't know is do these services still work with cell phone roaming.

So you would just setup a different trigger per timezone.
