[cisco-voip] TTS on Connection 9 thru 11.

We had TTS working so that someone could email a voicemail box and the recipient would hear the message via TTS. Sometime after our upgrade from v7 to v9 it stopped working. We're now on v11.

I've configured the SMTP proxy address of the sender on their voicemail box so the email goes through but the recipient just gets a 0 length message. Can't be played (on Jabber).

What am I missing?

Are the speech connect ports connected in any way to this process?
